This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is a supplement to and is hereby incorporated into the Terms of Use, as modified from time to time and located at www.vidverify.com . Video Verification Services, LLC (“Company”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from users (“you,”, “your,” or “user”) directly, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make about our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. For clarity, this Privacy Policy does not govern the information that Company receives directly from third parties. Such third parties may include, without limitation, banks, mortgage companies, and lenders. The collection or disclosure of your information that we receive from banks, mortgage companies, lenders, or other third parties are subject to the terms and conditions of such party’s privacy policy and your written consent authorizing such third party providing Company your information, provided you have not opted-out of providing such information.

When you use Company Mortgage or Company Signature, you may be providing information about yourself directly to Company and not through another party. Company, like you, values privacy, so we want you to know how to protect your privacy when using Company products and services.

Generally, Company uses information that we get from your use of our services are to enable you to participate in and take advantage of the various programs and features presented by services, for our own internal analysis, and to make our programs and features more safe, useful, and interesting to you. Browsing and Digital Use Information That We Collect

When you visit the Company website, we may capture your internet provider’s domain name and your IP Address. Company does not typically associate this information with any individual. We may also capture the city and country from where the visit came, the paths taken as you move from page to page (your “click stream” activity), as well as some browser usage, settings and functionality and other information related to the device used to access the Company website.
